New Rebuild Kit for Manual 3-speed Transmissions. This kit is for utilize with HEF/RAN transmissions. There will be a casting on the passenger side of the transmission with one of these acronyms. If you have a RAT transmission you will need part #4095D-RAT. Kit Includes:
- Input Bearing
- Output Bearing
- Countershaft Bearing
- Front Input Seal
- Gasket Set
- 1st, 2nd & 3rd Synchro Rings
- Small Parts Kit
- New 2nd/3rd Synchro Primary & Spring Kit (holds 2nd/3rd slider gear in gear)
- New 1st/Reverse Synchro Key & Spring Kit (holds 1st/Rev slider gear in gear)
The difference between our standard kit (part no. 4095) and this kit is it includes a new 2nd/3rd Synchro Primary & Spring Kit. This key & spring kit (also known as inserts & insert springs) holds tension on the 2nd/3rd slider gear in your RAT/RAN/HEF three-speed manual transmission to ensure it retain
