When adding wheel travel shocks need space to move with the axle; factory shock mount locations allow the shock bodies to interfere with the Jeep frame rails and fasten the shock eyelet to go into bind instead of swing with the axle. MetalCloak’s Outboard Front Lower Shock Mounts provide the needed clearance and turns the shock eyelet the correct direction to optimize performance. This is a simple bolt on kit that will improve the performance of your shocks.
