We’re the manufacturer of our aluminum half couplings. We machine them in-house on our own CNC lathes using USA 6061-T6 bar stock.
Boyd aluminum Half couplings thread profile conform to ASME B1.20.1 and meet or exceed SCH 40 wall thickness for 150# rating. Dimensionally our half couplings are very comparable to ones that you purchase from industrial supply houses or foundries.
Boyd half couplings are sold Individually and usually stocked by the thousands. If for some reason we don’t have it immediately available we can meet whatever your needs are within 2 weeks.
